If the Covered Product requires repair, You must obtain a proper repair authorization number prior to work being performed. We are not responsible for delay in service or loss of use of the Covered Product.

Customer Reimbursement: To qualify for Customer Reimbursement, you may be required to submit proof of payment for services rendered on Your Covered Product. Failure to produce proof of payment for service may cause Your claim to be denied. You must contact a manufacturer authorized service provider in Your area or obtain permission from Us before contacting a non-authorized service provider. We are not responsible for delay in service or loss of use of the Covered Product while the Covered Product is being repaired, replaced, evaluated, or diagnosed.
