Designated Service Center definition

Designated Service Center means a Tektronix site or such other location as Tektronix may designate.
Designated Service Center means a Tektronix site where Service is performed.
Designated Service Center means that service center identified on an applicable Subscription Schedule as the facility authorized by LXE to perform according to this Agreement.

  • Customer will bear the cost and risk of shipping all Equipment to the Designated Service Center.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement, Customer will be responsible for shipping Equipment both to and from the Designated Service Center.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.
