Except to the extent that the Current Lease is still in effect as of the Lease Effective Date, Lessor is not a party to any service contracts or other contracts or agreements affecting the Premises, oral or written, which will extend beyond the Lease Effective Date, and which would bind Lessee or encumber all or part of the Premises after the Lease Effective Date.
