Credit Card Receivable definition

Credit Card Receivable means Obligor Payments that are made via credit card with respect to an Eligible Solar Loan.

More Definitions of Credit Card Receivable

Credit Card Receivable means the MasterCard or other successor network-branded credit card receivables, including the full cost of the goods or services purchased by a Credit Card Obligor and any accrued interest, and in which a 95.0% participation interest is sold to Today Card.
Credit Card Receivable means, with respect to each Account, 100% of the right to receive payments from the related Obligor under the applicable Account Agreements and title thereto acquired from an Account Owner pursuant to the First Electronic Program Agreements or any Additional Bank Partner Originator Program Agreements.

Credit Card Receivable means "Receivables" as defined in the Converted Accounts Agreement. A Credit Card Receivable shall not include any rights in and to the underlying credit card account.
