Payment Intangible definition

Payment Intangible means a general intangible under which the account debtor's principal obligation is a monetary obligation.
Payment Intangible shall have the meaning given that term in the UCC and shall also mean any General Intangible under which the Account Debtor’s primary obligation is a monetary obligation.
