Contract Areas definition

Contract Areas means a one-mile radius around the Company’s asset position, including all 3D seismic surveys owned by the Company.
Contract Areas means those land areas described in Schedule 2, Part I;
Contract Areas means the West Cape Three Points and Deepwater Tano areas described in Exhibit A attached herewith (as such areas may have changed from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Petroleum Agreements).

  • All shrubs and groundcover plants growing in the Contract Areas shall be pruned as required to maintain plants in a healthy, growing condition, to maintain plant growth within reasonable bounds, to prevent encroachment of passageways, walks, streets, or view of signs or as directed by the Technical Representative.

  • The Contractor shall mow all turf areas in the Contract Areas once a week, preferably on Fridays.

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
