Concerned Party definition

Concerned Party is the primary Contact who focuses on the best interests of the child(ren) and needs to receive test results. In family law proceedings, this is often the spouse, ex-spouse, guardian or an Involved Party’s legal representative. “Contacts”1 include persons and entities other than the Concerned Party such as an attorney for the Monitored Client or Concerned Party, family member or, friend. Contacts are authorized to receive Alerts, Reports, Authenticated Test Results, and Non-Authenticated Test Results for the entire history of testing. Contacts may be added or deleted upon mutual written agreement of the Monitored Client and Concerned Party.
Concerned Party has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.
Concerned Party and "Concerned Parties" are defined in Section 8.1(a) of this Agreement.

  • If we do not receive the Soberlink® device and you do not have proof of delivery to us, you and/or the Concerned Party (if any) may be assessed a replacement cost.

  • Soberlink will notify the User, Concerned Party and/or other authorized Contacts when the SOBERLINK® device reaches 1,500 tests.

  • Soberlink will notify the User, Concerned Party and/or other authorized Contacts when the SOBERLINK® device is ready for recalibration.

  • If any Concerned Party is found to be liable to you or to any third party under any applicable law despite the explicit disclaimers and limitations under these terms, then any liability of such Concerned Party, will be limited exclusively to refund of any license or registration or subscription fees paid by you to JEOL UK or JEOL, JRI.

  • Testing • Limited to 20 testing days per month with test times determined by the Monitored Client and Concerned Party.

  • Please note that any modifications, amendments, or changes to this Agreement may require the consent of the Monitored Client and Concerned Party.

Concerned Party means a person:

  • Sanctioned Territory means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (at the time of this Agreement, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria).

  • Relevant Tax Jurisdiction means Luxembourg, or another jurisdiction in which the Issuer or a Guarantor, if any, or a successor of any of them, is organized, is resident or engaged in business for tax purposes or through which payments are made on or in connection with the Notes (or Guarantees).

  • recognised person means a recognised clearing house or a nominee of a recognised clearing house or of a recognised investment exchange;

  • Relevant Governmental Body means the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York or any successor thereto.

  • Recognised Provider (Approved Provider) means a provider of services registered with the appropriate association or organization to render services to a member and approved Latrobe to render services to its members.

  • assessee means a person by whom any tax or any other sum of money is payable under this Act, and includes—

  • Politically Exposed Person means any individuals connected to any prominent public functions, as well as their immediate family members and close associates.

  • Supervising pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist who is on duty in an Iowa-licensed pharmacy and who is responsible for assigning and supervising the duties performed by a pharmacy support person.

  • Billed Party means the recipient Party of a bill rendered from the Billing Party.

  • Relevant Business means any business or part thereof howsoever carried on involving the supply of Restricted Goods and/or Services;

  • Relevant Territory means Hong Kong or such other territory as the Directors may from time to time decide if the issued ordinary share capital of the Company is listed on a stock exchange in such territory;

  • Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

  • Sanctioned Entity means (a) a country or territory or a government of a country or territory, (b) an agency of the government of a country or territory, (c) an organization directly or indirectly controlled by a country or territory or its government, or (d) a Person resident in or determined to be resident in a country or territory, in each case of clauses (a) through (d) that is a target of Sanctions, including a target of any country sanctions program administered and enforced by OFAC.
