Sanctioned Party definition

Sanctioned Party means any persons, entities, bodies, or vessels designated by a Sanctioning Authority.

Sanctioned Party means (i) any Person listed on (a) any of the restricted party lists maintained by the U.S. Government, including the Specially Designated Nationals List and Foreign Sanctions Evaders List administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Controls, the Denied Parties List, Unverified List or Entity List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security, and the List of Statutorily Debarred Parties maintained by the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, (b) the consolidated list of asset freeze targets designated by the United Nations, European Union, and United Kingdom, and any other applicable jurisdictions or (c) any other restricted party lists maintained by any Governmental Authority or non-Governmental Authority; or (ii) any Person fifty percent (50%) or more owned (either individually or in the aggregate, directly or indirectly) by any Person or Persons described in clause (i).
Sanctioned Party means, at any time, any Person, including any entity that is 50% or more owned or controlled, either directly or indirectly, by any Person who is (a) the subject of Sanctions, or (b) located in or resident of a Sanctioned Country.

Sanctioned Party means any person that is (A) the subject or target of Sanctions, (B) operating, organized or resident in a country or region that is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions, (C) included on any list of the U.S., E.U., U.K. or U.N. (including any Governmental Entity thereof) of persons subject to Sanctions, or (D) controlled or fifty percent (50%) or more owned by, or acting on behalf of, any person contemplated by the foregoing clauses (A) or (C).

Sanctioned Party means at any time any person or entity: (a) listed on any Sanctions-related list of designated or blocked persons; (b) resident in or organized under the laws of a country or territory that is the subject of comprehensive restrictive Sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine); or (c) majority-owned or controlled by any of the foregoing.
Sanctioned Party means any person or entity subject to trade control or sanctions restrictions under lists maintained by the United States, the European Union, the United Nations, or other countries, including, but not limited to, the EU list of sanctioned parties, the U.S. lists of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons, Foreign Sanctions Evaders, Denied Parties, Debarred Parties, the U.S. Entities Lists, sanctioned parties under the U.S. State Department’s Nonproliferation Sanctions programs, and equivalent lists of restricted or prohibited parties maintained under applicable laws of other countries.
