Sanctioned Territory definition

Sanctioned Territory means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (at the time of this Agreement, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria).
Sanctioned Territory means any country or other territory subject to a general export, import, financial or investment embargo under Sanctions.

Customer also represents and warrants that it is aware of, understands, and agrees to comply with, and to avoid any activity that may cause it or AvePoint to violate, applicable anti-bribery and anti- corruption laws including, but not limited to, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 (15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1, et seq.) as amended and the UK Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (as applicable) (collectively, “Anti-Corruption Laws”). If Customer takes any action that could constitute a violation of this Section or any Anti- Corruption Laws, AvePoint may immediately terminate this Agreement.
