Funding Recipient shall submit the Project Completion Report within ninety (90) calendar days of Project completion.
Funding Recipient shall prepare and submit to State a Project Completion Report, either separately or as part of the final Annual Progress Report.
The term of this Funding Agreement begins on the date this Funding Agreement is initially executed by the State, through Final Project Completion Report plus three (3) years unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Agreement.
