Final Completion Certificate definition

Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.
Final Completion Certificate is the certificate issued under 5.4.
Final Completion Certificate means the certificate by this name as described in, and in the form set forth in, Exhibit Q.

Examples of Final Completion Certificate in a sentence

  • The Principal must issue a Final Completion Certificate in the form at Appendix 9 at the end of the Defects Notification Period, or once the Contractor has remedied all defects in the Works, or obtained a CCC, whichever is the later.

  • The Defects Notification Period will commence on the Date of Practical Completion and will continue for six (6) months (unless some other period is stated in the Special Conditions) or until the issue of the Final Completion Certificate.

  • The insurance shall also continue to cover loss or damage resulting from an act or omission of the Contractor in the performance of its obligations in the period between Practical Completion and the issue of the Final Completion Certificate.

More Definitions of Final Completion Certificate

Final Completion Certificate means the certificate attached hereto as Schedule 8 (Form of Final Completion Certificate).
