WORKS COMPLETION definition

WORKS COMPLETION means the state of completion where, in the opinion of the principal agent, the work on the works completion list has been completed.
WORKS COMPLETION means the state of the works where the work is complete in all respects and there are no apparent defects.

WORKS COMPLETION means the design and the delivery of a work by whichever mean concurrent with the object of the concession and with requirements as specified by the contracting authority.
