A Shares definition

A Shares means any securities issued by companies incorporated in Mainland China which are listed and traded, from time to time, on the Mainland China A Share market (i.e. the SSE or the SZSE) and not on SEHK.

A Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in US Dollars;

A Shares means shares issued by companies incorporated in the PRC and listed on the SSE or the SZSE, traded in RMB and available for investment by domestic investors through Stock Connect.

Examples of A Shares in a sentence

• You may qualify for sales charge discounts in Class A Shares if you and your family invest, or agree to invest in the future, at least $50,000 in Virtus Funds.
