With respect to Company Owned Property, the Company has made available to Acquiror copies of the deeds and other instruments (as recorded) by which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries acquired such parcel of property, and copies of all title insurance policies, opinions, abstracts and surveys in the possession of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries relating thereto.
