Company Permits definition

Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Company Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).
Company Permits means all authorizations, licenses, permits, certificates, approvals and orders of all Governmental Entities necessary for the lawful conduct of the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
