Property Owner Association Property definition

Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.
Property Owner Association Property means any property within the boundaries of the CFD that is owned by, or irrevocably dedicated as indicated in an instrument recorded with the County Recorder to, a property owner association, including any master or sub-association.
Property Owner Association Property means any Assessor’s Parcel within the boundaries of CFD No. 2005-01 owned in fee by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association.

  • No Special Tax shall be levied on Undeveloped Property, Non-Residential Property, Public Property, Property Owner Association Property or Residential Property assigned to Land Use Class 4.

  • However, should an Assessor’s Parcel no longer be classified as Non-Residential Property, Public Property, Property Owner Association Property, or Residential Property assigned to Land Use Class 4, such Assessor’s Parcel, if reclassified as Residential Property assigned to Land Use Classes 1, 2 or 3, shall be subject to the Special Tax.

More Definitions of Property Owner Association Property

Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, (i) any property within the boundaries of CFD No. 88 for which the owner of record, as determined from the County Assessor’s secured tax roll for the Fiscal Year in which the Special Tax is being levied, is a property owner’s association, including any master or sub-association, or (ii) any property located in a Final Subdivision that was recorded as of the January 1 preceding the Fiscal Year in which the Special Tax is being levied and which, as determined from such Final Subdivision, is or will be open space, a common area recreation facility, or a private street.
Property Owner Association Property means any property within the boundaries of CFD No. 2016-1 which is (a) owned by a property owner association or (b) designated with specific boundaries and acreage on a Final Subdivision Map as property owner association property. As used in this definition, a property owner association includes any master or sub-association.
Property Owner Association Property means any property within the CDD boundaries that is owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association.
Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of CFD No. 2022-1N (IA No. 5) that was owned by a Property Owner Association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.
Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any Assessor’s Parcel within the boundaries of CFD No. 06-1 that was owned by or irrevocably offered for dedication to a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the previous Fiscal Year.
Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any Assessor’s Parcel within the boundaries of CFD No. 2005-1 that is owned by or irrevocably offered for dedication to a property owner association, including any master or sub-association.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any property previously classified as Developed Property and subsequently owned in fee or by easement, or dedicated to, a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, shall remain classified as Developed Property.
