Company Restricted Stock Units definition

Company Restricted Stock Units means all restricted stock units covering shares of Company Common Stock (whether granted by the Company pursuant to the Company Plans, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted).
Company Restricted Stock Units means an award of restricted stock units in respect of shares of Class A Common Stock (other than any such units held by the Company’s non-employee directors), the vesting of which is conditioned solely on the passage of time.
Company Restricted Stock Units means the restricted stock units granted pursuant to the Equity Incentive Plan.
