Common Area definition

Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

Common Area is defined as all areas and facilities described in the applicable portion of Section 1 that are designated by Landlord for the non- exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant, and/or other tenants of the property and/or their respective licensees and invitees (including employees, suppliers, customers, and agents).
