Recreation areas definition

Recreation areas means the following areas that have been designated by action of the commission:

Recreation areas means all Common Areas designated by Declarant as such to be held for recreational purposes for the benefit of all Members and the benefit of the Property as a whole; provided, however, that access to any area or facility may be limited to dues- paying members, subject to fees and other` charges, or otherwise conditioned or restricted, and made available to non-members, all on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.

Recreation areas. In campgrounds, beaches and other high use areas the Contractor shall be required to implement a pesticide program to control poison ivy (Rhus Radicans), poison oak (Rhus Toxicodendron), and poison sumac (Rhus Vernix).
