Commercial Waste definition

Commercial Waste means waste from premises used wholly or mainly for the purposes of a trade or business or for the purposes of sport, recreation, education or entertainment but does not include household, agricultural or industrial waste;
Commercial Waste means all solid waste generated by establishments engaged in business operations other than manufacturing or construction. This category includes, but is not limited to, solid waste resulting from the operation of stores, markets, office buildings, restaurants and shopping centers.
Commercial Waste means all non-hazardous solid waste that is collected from commercial establishments, including residential apartment buildings, office buildings, restaurants, industrial parks, all other business facilities and all recyclable materials from recycling facilities.

More Definitions of Commercial Waste

Commercial Waste means liquid carried sanitary sewage discharged from Commercial Customer Connections which is properly shredded and amenable to biological treatment and which may contain trace amounts of sand, grit, lubricants and other petroleum products commonly associated with Commercial establishments such as service stations and car wash facilities.
