Recycling Facilities definition

Recycling Facilities means the Recycling Facility and all Recycling Transfer Stations of the System.

Recycling Facilities means those facilities or operations that receive, process, and transfer to market recyclable materials that have been source separated from the solid waste stream.

Recycling Facilities means facilities for the recovery, storage and shipping of discarded materials.

• The Party shall identify the terms for which the authorization will be issued, withdrawn, suspended, amended and renewed, and communicate these terms to the Ship Recycling Facilities.
