Shopping Centers definition

Shopping Centers means a group of retail stores, planned and developed for the site upon which they are built and owned or managed as a unit and designated as such by filing in the office of the City Clerk a declaration showing the legal boundaries of such center and listing the name and address of the owner and manager thereof, provided, however, that the site may not be less than five (5) acres.
Shopping Centers as such term is defined in Section 1 hereof.
Shopping Centers means one or more of the regional shopping center(s) comprising the NED Portfolio Properties, owned and/or leased by a Property Owner and listed on either Exhibit A or Exhibit B and described in the applicable Contribution Agreement (together with all property related thereto and described in the applicable Contribution Agreement(s)) (a) which are to be contributed to the Buyer by a Property Owner pursuant to a Contribution Agreement or (b) as to which the ownership interests in the applicable Property Owner are to be contributed to Buyer pursuant to a Contribution Agreement. The names of such Shopping Centers as set forth on said exhibits are hereby incorporated as defined terms hereunder.

More Definitions of Shopping Centers

Shopping Centers means the properties listed on Exhibit A hereto.

Shopping Centers means individually or collectively, as the context may require, those certain Shopping Centers, together with all related facilities and improvements, located on the Parcels, as more fully depicted on Exhibits “B-1” through “B-3,” inclusive, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Shopping Centers means, collectively, (a) the fee simple interest of Washington Center L.L.C. 1, a Delaware limited liability company, in that certain parcel of real property and the improvements situate thereon and the personal property used in connection therewith, commonly known as Washington Center and located in Xxxxxx, New Jersey, as more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and made a part hereof, (b) the fee simple interest of Academy Plaza L.L.C. 1, a Delaware limited liability company, in that certain parcel of real property and the improvements situate thereon and the personal property used in connection therewith, commonly known as Academy Plaza and located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and made a part hereof, and (c) the fee simple interest of Port Richmond L.L.C. 1, a Delaware limited liability company, in that certain parcel of real property and the improvements situate thereon and the personal property used in connection therewith, commonly known as Port Richmond Village and located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and made a part hereof. Each of the Shopping Centers is referred to herein individually as a "Shopping Center."
