Collection Period definition

Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.
Collection Period means each calendar month during the term of this Agreement (or, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period of time since the Cutoff Date through the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which the first Payment Date occurs).
Collection Period. With respect to any Distribution Date, the period commencing on the second day of the month immediately preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the first day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • The Servicing Fee for a Payment Date shall equal the product of (a) one-twelfth, (b) the Servicing Fee Rate and (c) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables as of the first day of the related Collection Period; provided, however, that the Servicing Fee on the initial Payment Date shall be prorated to compensate for the length of the initial Collection Period being longer than one month.
