Each Seller’s and Servicer’s obligations to indemnify the Purchaser with respect to the expenses, damages, losses, costs and liabilities shall survive until the later of (x) the Final Collection Date and (y) all applicable statute of limitations periods with respect to actions that may be brought by the Purchaser under the Transaction Documents have run.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement, including all covenants, representations and warranties, repurchase obligations and indemnities made herein shall continue in full force and effect until the Final Collection Date.
