Applications of Collections. Any payment by an Obligor in respect of any indebtedness owed by it to the Transferor shall, except as otherwise specified by such Obligor or otherwise required by contract or Applicable Law and unless otherwise instructed by the Company, be applied as a Collection of any Receivables constituting Transferred Property of such Obligor, in the order of the age of such Receivables, starting with the oldest such Receivable, to the extent of any amounts then due and payable thereunder, before being applied to any other indebtedness, account, general intangible or obligation of such Obligor.

Applications of Collections. Any payment by an Obligor in respect of any indebtedness owed by it to any Originator shall, except as otherwise specified by such Obligor or otherwise required by contract or law and unless otherwise instructed by the Buyer, be applied as a Collection of any Receivables constituting Transferred Assets of such Obligor, in the order of the age of such Receivables, starting with the oldest such Receivable, to the extent of any amounts then due and payable thereunder, before being applied to any Receivable that is not a Transferred Asset or other indebtedness of such Obligor.
