Class P Common Units definition

Class P Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).
Class P Common Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.
Class P Common Units means the Class P-1 Common Units, Class P-2 Common Units,Class P-3 Common Units and Class P-4 Common Units.3

Examples of Class P Common Units in a sentence

  • The Company shall have consummated the purchase of all of the outstanding Class P Common Units (other than those owned by Horn and Cobb) pursuant to the Redemption Agreements.

  • The Board may designate a series number for Class P Common Units that have the 15 NTD: Schedule B to list initial grants to management team.

  • As of the date of each issuance of Class P Common Units, the Board shall establish an initial “Participation Threshold” amount with respect to each Class P Common Unit granted on such date.

  • A copy of the approved plan and the specifications shall be kept on site at all times.

  • The issued and outstanding Equity Interests in the Company consist of 46,350 Preferred Units, 900,000 Class C Common Units and 64,750 Class P Common Units (the “Outstanding Company Units”) and no Preferred Units, Class C Common Units or Class P Common Units are held in the Company’s treasury.

  • The Retained P Units shall participate in any earn-outs, escrows and other holdbacks on the same basis as the Class D Common Units or Class P Common Units of the other Limited Partners, as applied on a pro rata basis in respect of the Retained P Units.

  • The Board shall have the right at any time and from time to time to cause the Company to issue Class P Common Units to existing or new employees, officers, managers, directors, consultants or other service providers of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to Equity Agreements approved by the Board, which Equity Agreements shall contain such provisions as the Board shall determine in its sole discretion.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of Class B Common Stock.

  • Class A Common Shares means the Class A common shares of the Company, par value US$0.00001 per share, at the date of this Indenture, subject to Section 14.07.

  • Initial Common Units means the Common Units sold in the Initial Offering.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class A Percentage Interest shall be determined by calculating the ratio between each Class A Member’s Capital Account in relation to the total capitalization of the Company provided by the Class A Members.

  • Class A Common Stock means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Class A Common means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share.

  • Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units and the Series B Preferred Units.

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Class C Common Stock means the Class C Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Subordinated Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class D Common Stock means the Class D Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
