Class A-4 Notes definition

Class A-4 Notes means the 1.03% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-4, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.

Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 3.44% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.

Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 Notes (as defined in the Indenture).

Class A-4 Notes means the $111,780,000 Class A-4 1.64% Asset Backed Notes issued by the Issuer, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
