Class A-2a Notes means the Class A-2a 5.92% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2a to the Indenture.
Class A-2a Notes means the 5.65% Class A-2a Asset-backed Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $410,000,000.
