Class A-2b Note definition

Class A-2b Note means any of the LIBOR plus 0.07% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2b, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.
Class A-2b Note means any of the SOFR Rate + 0.35% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2b, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.
Class A-2b Note means any of the Benchmark plus 0.18% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2b, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.

Examples of Class A-2b Note in a sentence

  • As described above, the entire unpaid principal amount of this Class A-2b Note shall be due and payable on the earlier of the Class A-2b Final Distribution Date and the Redemption Date, if any, pursuant to Section 10.1 of the Indenture.

  • No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class A-2b Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.

  • No reference herein to the Indenture, and no provision of this Note or of the Indenture, shall alter or impair the obligation of the Issuer, which is absolute and unconditional, to pay the principal of and interest on this Class A-2b Note at the times, place and rate, and in the coin or currency, herein prescribed.

  • Any reduction in the principal amount of this Class A-2b Note (or any one or more Predecessor Notes) effected by any payments made on any Distribution Date shall be binding upon all future Holders of this Class A-2b Note and of any Class A-2b Note issued upon the registration of transfer hereof or in exchange hereof or in lieu hereof, whether or not noted hereon.

  • The principal of and interest on this Class A-2b Note shall be paid in the manner specified on the reverse hereof.

  • Interest on this Class A-2b Note shall accrue for each Distribution Date from and including the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date or if no interest has been paid, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding such Distribution Date.

  • Interest on this Class A-2b Note on each Distribution Date shall equal one-twelfth of the product of (i) the rate per annum described above and (ii) the principal amount of this Class A-2b Note outstanding on the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made on such preceding Distribution Date) or, with respect to the initial Distribution Date, on the Closing Date and (iii) the actual number of days in the applicable interest period divided by 360.

Class A-2b Note means a Class A-2B Floating Rate Asset Backed Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

  • Class A-4 Note means any of the 3.11% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑4, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.

  • Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
