Capital Call definition

Capital Call means a call upon all or any of the Investors for payment of all or any portion of their Unfunded Commitments.
Capital Call has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Capital Call has the meaning assigned in Section 5.5(a).

  • Neither the Administrative Agent nor the Lenders shall be deemed to make at any time any representation or warranty as to the validity of any Capital Call Notice nor shall the Administrative Agent or the Lenders be accountable for the applicable Borrower’s use of the proceeds of any Capital Call Notice.

  • No Borrower shall take, or permit to be taken, any action which could result in the occurrence of a Capital Call Termination Event prior to the Stated Maturity Date.
