Initial Capital Contribution definition

Initial Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Initial Capital Contribution. The initial Capital Contribution of the Company made by a Member pursuant to this Operating Agreement.

Examples of Initial Capital Contribution in a sentence

  • Each Member shall contribute the amount as pledged, or as determined by the Manager and the Member, as the Member’s Initial Capital Contribution upon not less than 48 hours’ notice by the Manager.

  • On the final day of each Governing Member’s Term that has not been renewed pursuant to Section 4.3(g), the Council shall purchase such Governing Member’s Interest at the price equal to the Initial Capital Contribution plus any additional Capital Contributions.

  • If such Member is removed, the Council will repurchase such Member’s Interest at the price equal to the Initial Capital Contribution plus any additional Capital Contributions.

  • Upon a Member’s withdrawal, the Council will repurchase such withdrawing Member’s Interest at the price equal to the Initial Capital Contribution plus any additional Capital Contributions.

More Definitions of Initial Capital Contribution

Initial Capital Contribution is defined in Section 3.1.
