Initial Capital Contributions definition

Initial Capital Contributions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

More Definitions of Initial Capital Contributions

Initial Capital Contributions means the Capital Contributions made by the Members pursuant to Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
