Applicable Floating Rate Margin definition

Applicable Floating Rate Margin means, as of any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Floating Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

More Definitions of Applicable Floating Rate Margin

Applicable Floating Rate Margin means, as at any date of determination, the margin indicated in Section 2.11 as then applicable in the determination of the Floating Rate applicable to Floating Rate Advances and Swing Line Loans, provided, however, that, with respect to the first $25,000,000 of Floating Rate Advances (excluding Swing Line Loans) outstanding at any time, the Applicable Floating Rate Margin shall be zero (0).
