Examples of CB Floating Rate in a sentence
Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating the following definitions in their entirety to read as follows: “Adjusted LIBOR Rate” means, with respect to any LIBOR Rate Advance for the relevant Interest Period or for any CB Floating Rate Advance, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to the sum of (i) the Applicable Margin plus (ii) (a) the LIBOR Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.
Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.
Notwithstanding the above, to the extent that “LIBOR Rate” or “Adjusted LIBOR Rate” is used in connection with a CB Floating Rate Advance, such rate shall be determined as modified by the definition of Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate.
