  • Except as otherwise provided in Sections 3.1(d) and 3.8, the unpaid principal amount of any Eurodollar Rate Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Eurodollar Rate for that Eurodollar Rate Loan plus the Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin.

  • For Eurodollar Rate Loans, at a rate per annum equal at all times during the applicable Interest Period for each Eurodollar Rate Loan to the sum of the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin, payable in arrears (i) on the last day of such Interest Period and (ii) if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on each day during such Interest Period that occurs every three months from the first day of such Interest Period.

More Definitions of Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin

Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means (i) for the period from the Effective Date through but not including the first Start Date after the Effective Date, 2.50%, and (ii) from and after any Start Date to and including the corresponding End Date, the respective percentage per annum set forth in clause (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) or (F) below if, but only if, as of the Test Date for such Start Date the applicable condition set forth in clause (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) or (F) below, as the case may be, is met:
Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Subsection 2.5(b) hereof.
