Appendix IV. The GCF’s Terms of Reference Appendix V: The Contractor’s Financial Proposal Appendix VI: The Contractor’s Technical Proposal In the event of any conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency within the above Contract Documents, then the documents shall prevail in the order listed above. Whenever used in this Contract, the capatilized words and expressions shall have the meaning as are assigned to them in the Contract Documents referred to in paragraph 1 above unless modified in the Appendix I: Special Conditions of Contract or the context otherwise requires. In consideration of the payments to be made by GCF to the Contractor as set out in this Contract, the Contractor hereby covenants with GCF to provide the Services and to remedy defects therein in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract. GCF hereby covenants to pay the Contractor in consideration of the performance and completion of Services and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, the Contract Price or such other sum as may become due and payable under the provisions of the Contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by the Contract. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all oral communication and prior writings with respect thereto, other than those writings expressly referred to or incorporated into this Contract.
