Annual Paid Sick Leave. Eighteen (18) days sick leave per year shall be earned by all full-time employees at the rate of one and one-half days for every month or part thereof that an employee is employed in such year provided that no sick leave shall be earned in any calendar month during which the employee is employed for less than ten (10) days.

Annual Paid Sick Leave. Sick leave credits shall accumulate from the date of employment on the basis of one and one-quarter (1 ¼) working days per month [fifteen (15) working days per year]. A working day is the regular working day of each employee. If sick leave is to be utilized for anything other than being sick or disabled it will be at the discretion of the Executive Director. Sick Leave shall continue to accumulate until the employee has accumulated a sick leave entitlement bank of thirty (30) days. Each time that the Sick Leave Entitlement is used, it will again accumulate at this rate until it has reached the thirty (30) day cap.
