Annual Maximum definition

Annual Maximum. Annual out of pocket maximum of $2500 per person or $4000 per family. The prescription out of pocket maximum is separate. Life-time Maximum: The UPlan medical lifetime maximum will be unlimited for each member.
Annual Maximum means the total amount of Benefits set forth in the Coverage Schedule that will be paid to the Member in a Calendar Year.
