Target Amount definition

Target Amount is defined in Section 4.3(b)(i).
Target Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date minus the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.
Target Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date minus the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Non-Carbon Emitting Generation Capacity Performance (“NCGC Performance”) will determine ten percent (10%) of the Target Amount (“NCGC Performance Percentage”).

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return Performance (“Relative TSR Performance”) will determine fifty percent (50%) of the Target Amount (“TSR Percentage”).

  • The actual number of Performance Share Units that may be earned may be from 0% to 200% of the Target Amount, depending on the achievement of the Performance Goals.

More Definitions of Target Amount

Target Amount in respect of a bonus payable to Employee pursuant to any Bonus Plan shall mean the amount specified in the Company’s records pertaining to such Bonus Plan as the “target amount” of cash bonus which would be payable to Employee if specified conditions were fulfilled.
Target Amount shall have the meaning given such term under Section 2.
Target Amount means $110,000,000; provided, that if the Company enters into any extraordinary transaction, such as a business acquisition or disposition, the Board in the exercise of its business judgment may adjust upward or downward the Target Amount to take into account such extraordinary transaction.
