Examples of Ancillary Uses in a sentence
Licensee’s use shall not in any way expressly or implicitly suggest or indicate that Licensor has sponsored, endorsed or otherwise approved the Program and/or any or all Ancillary Uses.
The Pier Open Space shall not be closed to the general public, except (i) to the extent required due to Permitted Closures, (ii) for Ancillary Uses at such times that the entire Museum is closed pursuant to Section 8.01(b), and/or (iii) as and to the extent set forth in Section 8.01(e) or 8.01(f) or as otherwise provided in this Lease.
Licensee shall not use, display or exhibit the Footage separate or apart from the Program and Ancillary Uses, and shall not use or reproduce the Footage for any other purposes.

Unless otherwise provided for in this Declaration, all Buildings in the City Property will be occupied only for City Uses, Ancillary Uses, a City Property Hotel or a City Property Restaurant, each of which must meet the requirements of this Declaration.
