Ancillary Uses definition

Ancillary Uses means the use of land, a building or a structure which is ancillary to the transport uses of such land, building or structure, or which is directly related to or incidental to serving the interests of the commuting public, including the use of such land, building or structure for offices, shops and recreational, business and residential purposes;

  • Licensee’s use shall not in any way expressly or implicitly suggest or indicate that Licensor has sponsored, endorsed or otherwise approved the Program and/or any or all Ancillary Uses.

Ancillary Uses means uses related to the textile manufacturing, dying, or finishing operations on a textile mill site consisting of sales, distribution, storage, water runoff, wastewater treatment and detention, pollution control, landfill, personnel offices, security offices, employee parking, dining and recreation areas, and internal roadways or driveways directly associated with such uses.
Ancillary Uses means use of the Improvements and other amenities on the Premises, ancillary to the Permitted Use, for parks, recreation facilities, meeting space, parking structures or lots, support space, transportation facilities, energy generation and conservation facilities, and other community amenities consistent with the character of the Permitted Uses. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the foregoing list is not intended to be exhaustive, and that other uses supporting the Permitted Uses may be appropriate for inclusion within the Premises or in connection with the development of the Premises, subject to the approval of Landlord, including by approval of a Development Plan indicating such additional uses.
Ancillary Uses means any and all means of distribution of the Program other than Non-Standard Television, Standard Television, Consumer Video Devices and Non-Theatrical Distribution; Ancillary Uses include, without limitation, film in all gauges, theatrical motion picture exhibition, publications, merchandising, commercial tie-ups, sound recordings, and radio broadcasts (other than simulcasts).
