Amended and Restated Guaranty definition

Amended and Restated Guaranty means the Amended and Restated Guaranty dated as of the date hereof among each Guarantor identified on Schedule III and the Agent, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1.

Amended and Restated Guaranty means that certain amended and restated Guaranty dated as of the date hereof from the Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties, as the same may be amended, restated, and/or modified from time to time, together with any other guaranty entered into after the date hereof in accordance with the terms hereof.

Amended and Restated Guaranty means that certain Amended and Restated General Continuing Guaranty, dated as of even date herewith, executed and delivered by Harvest in favor of Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group and the Bank Product Providers, in respect of the obligations of Borrower owing to the Lender Group and the Bank Product Providers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Amended and Restated Guaranty means the guaranty of the TCC Note to be issued by certain of the Debtor's subsidiaries on the Effective Date, in the form attached to the Plan as Exhibit 6.
