Forbearance Agreement definition

Forbearance Agreement means the forbearance agreement entered into by Granite Co. prior to the implementation of the 2011 Arrangement.

Forbearance Agreement. “hereunder,” “hereof,” herein,” or words of like import referring to the Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment No. 10. Except as amended by this Amendment No. 10, the provisions of the Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect.
