Parent Guaranty definition

Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent pursuant to Section 15.
Parent Guaranty means the Guaranty Agreement executed by the Parent in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders and any Specified Derivatives Providers, in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent set forth in Article VIII.

More Definitions of Parent Guaranty

Parent Guaranty means the Parent Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.
Parent Guaranty means that certain Parent Guaranty, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by Parent in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, pursuant to which the Parent provides a limited guaranty for certain bad acts.
