Allocable Educational Services means a percentage of Educational Services in the Qualifying Year in which a Tuition Certificate is used

  • To receive such Allocable Educational Services, an Owner must notify MEFA at least 30 days before the Tuition Payment Date on which the Owner desires to apply the Tuition Certificate Proceeds and must specify the Participating Institutionat which such Tuition Certificate Proceeds are to be applied and the Designated Portion of the Allocable Educational Services to be purchased.

  • A Qualifying Beneficiary who is a Student will be entitled to receive the Designated Portion of the Allocable Educational Services at any Participating Institution in any MaturityYear, upon payment to the Participating Institution of the Tuition Certificate Proceeds.
