Additional Service definition

Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

Additional Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.

Additional Service has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).

Examples of Additional Service in a sentence

• In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

More Definitions of Additional Service

Additional Service means any Services within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work.

Additional Service means an optional or extra Service not part of Your Price Plan, including but not limited to, premium rate services, additional products and services added to Your Price Plan, Content, directory enquiry services and international services and/or third party services, and the charges for a Service once any Allowance is used up. Additional Service means: a service that (i) is reasonably similar to the Services provided hereunder or under any SOW, (ii) reasonably could be performed in facilities located in India, the United States, Canada, Uruguay or other facilities similar to the Providing Party’s facilities in these locations; (iii) reasonably would be expected to involve a purchase volume greater than $100,000 on an annual basis; and (iv) is not an Applicable Service.

Additional Service means any service identified as such in this Lease or which is requested by the Tenant in addition to those supplied by the Landlord as part of the normal Development service and which the Landlord is prepared to supply at an additional cost to the Tenant.

Additional Service means an activity undertaken by AEMO upon request from a Scheme participant which is additional to an activity that AEMO is otherwise required to perform under the procedures.
