xXXX Professional Software. Enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; open iBox; download, view, sort, and query multiple listing service (“MLS”) data and agent roster data; upload, download, view, sort, and query property showing data; and perform other iBox functions.

xXXX Professional Software. Organization grants to Keyholder, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license for the Term to use the xXXX Professional (the “xXXX”). The xXXX enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; open and perform other iBox functions; and upload property showing data. The xXXX is used with certain electronic devices (“Devices”) approved by Xxxxx. Supra may approve additional Devices during the term of the Agreement but does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Devices.
xXXX Professional Software. Supra grants to Keyholder, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the Term to use such software. The xXXX Professional Software enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; to open and perform other iBox functions; to download, view, sort, and query multiple listing service data and agent roster data; and to upload, download, view, sort, and query property showing data. It is used with certain electronic devices including certain cellular telephones (“Device” or “Devices”) that are approved by Supra. During the Term, Supra may in its sole discretion add approved Devices. Supra does not provide any warranty of the performance or availability of any Device. Such combination of a Device and the xXXX Professional Software is referred to collectively as the “xXXX”.
xXXX Professional Software. Enables KEYHOLDER to obtain a current update code for the xXXX; to open and perform other iBox functions with the xXXX; to download, view, sort, and query multiple listing service data and agent roster data with the xXXX; and to upload, download, view, sort, and query property showing data with the xXXX.

  • Additional Software Should any additional Software licenses be purchased during the Term:

  • Third Party Software 1. The Software may contain third party software that requires and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required third party software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/thirdparty/index.html and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this XXXX. By accepting this XXXX, You are also accepting the additional terms and conditions, if any, set forth therein.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Third Party Software/Open Source Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict, limit or otherwise affect any rights or obligations You may have, or conditions to which You may be subject, under any applicable open source licenses to any open source code contained in the Software. The Software may include or be bundled with other software programs licensed under different terms and/or licensed by a licensor other than Licensor. Use of any software programs accompanied by a separate license agreement is governed by that separate license agreement. Any third party software that may be provided with the Software is included for use at Your option.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Client Software You may only use the client software with the ERP solution. You may install an unlimited number of copies of the client software to access your ERP solution.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • Operator Materials Operator retains all right, title and interest in and to any and all of Operator’s software, materials, tools, forms, documentation, training and implementation materials and intellectual property (“Operator Materials”). Operator grants to the LEA a personal, nonexclusive license to use the Operator Materials for its own non-commercial, incidental use as set forth in the Service Agreement. Operator represents that it has all intellectual property rights necessary to enter into and perform its obligations in this DPA and the Service Agreement, warrants to the District that the District will have use of any intellectual property contemplated by the Service Agreement free and clear of claims of any nature by any third Party including, without limitation, copyright or patent infringement claims, and agrees to indemnify the District for any related claims.
