xXXX Basic Software. Enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; open iBox; upload showing data; and perform other iBox functions.
xXXX Basic Software. Organization grants to Keyholder, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub- license for the Term to use the xXXX Basic Software (the “xXXX”). The xXXX enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; open and perform other iBox functions; and upload property showing data. The xXXX is used with certain electronic devices (“Devices”) approved by Supra. Supra may approve additional Devices during the term of the Agreement but does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Devices.
xXXX Basic Software. If Keyholder has selected the xXXX Basic Software (the “xXXX”), Organization grants to Keyholder, a limiteuised non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license for the Term to use such software. The xXXX enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the xXXX; to open and perform other iBox functions with the xXXX; and to upload property showing data with the xXXX. The xXXX Basic Software is used with certain electronic devices including certain cellular telephones (“Phone”) approved by UTCFS. During the Term, UTCFS may in its sole discretion approve additional Phones. UTCFS does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Phones.

xXXX Basic Software. If Keyholder has selected the xXXX Basic Software (the “xXXX”), VPAR grants to Keyholder, a limited non-exclusive, non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license for the Term to use such software. In addition, VPAR grants to Keyholder a limited non-exclusive, non- transferable revocable sub-license to use the Network, the use of which VPAR licenses from Supra, which is necessary for the use and operation of the xXXX for the TERM. The xXXX enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the xXXX; to open and perform other iBox functions with the xXXX; and to upload property showing data with the xXXX. The xXXX Basic Software is used with certain electronic devices including certain personal digital assistants and certain cellular telephones (“PDA/Phone”) approved by Supra. During the Term, Supra may in its sole discretion approve additional PDA/Phones. Supra does not provide any warranty of the performance of such PDA/Phones.
xXXX Basic Software. If Member has selected the xXXX Basic Software (the “xXXX”), Association grants to Member (i) a limited non- exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use the network, and (ii) a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable sub-license to use the software Association licenses from UTCFSC. The xXXX enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the xXXX; to open and perform other iBox functions; and to upload property-showing data. The xXXX is used with certain electronic devices including cellular telephones (“Devices”) approved by UTCFSC. UTCFSC may in its sole discretion approve additional Devices but does not provide any warranty of the performance of such Devices.
xXXX Basic Software. Enables KEYHOLDER to obtain a current update code for the xXXX; to open and perform other iBox functions with the xXXX; and to upload property showing data with the xXXX.
xXXX Basic Software. A networked, mobile information tool using a device (“Device”) approved by Supra. During the Term, Supra may in its sole discretion approve additional Devices for use with the Service. Supra does not provide any warranty of the performance or availability of any Device. The combination of an approved Device and xXXX Basic Software is referred to collectively as the “xXXX”. Keyholder will connect to the Network and XXX Database through Supra’s synchronization software (“eSYNC Software“) at no cost to Keyholder using one of the following methods:
