Common use of Without limiting Clause in Contracts

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTC, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTC. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTC; and, (b) CSTC shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCReconex, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCReconex. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Reconex pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Reconex elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Reconex to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCReconex; and, (b) CSTC Reconex shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCVNCI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCVNCI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC VNCI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC VNCI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC VNCI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCVNCI; and, (b) CSTC VNCI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCNUI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCNUI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC NUI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC NUI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC NUI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCNUI; and, (b) CSTC NUI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCCTT, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCCTT. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC CTT pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC CTT elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC CTT to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCCTT; and, (b) CSTC CTT shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCMHT, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCMHT. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC MHT pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC MHT elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC MHT to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCMHT; and, (b) CSTC MHT shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCNTE, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCNTE. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC NTE pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC NTE elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC NTE to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCNTE; and, (b) CSTC NTE shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCIntrado, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCIntrado. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Intrado pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Intrado elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Intrado to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCIntrado; and, (b) CSTC Intrado shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCCCA, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCCCA. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC CCA pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC CCA elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC CCA to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCCCA; and, (b) CSTC CCA shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCIG2, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCIG2. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC IG2 pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC IG2 elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC IG2 to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCIG2; and, (b) CSTC IG2 shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCMMG, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCMMG. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC MMG pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC MMG elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC MMG to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCMMG; and, (b) CSTC MMG shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCPremiere, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCPremiere. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Premiere pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Premiere elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Premiere to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCPremiere; and, (b) CSTC Premiere shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.charges.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Ymax pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Ymax elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Ymax to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCYmax; and, (b) CSTC Ymax shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCPremiere, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCPremiere. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Premiere pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Premiere elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Premiere to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCPremiere; and, (b) CSTC Premiere shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC RACC pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC RACC elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC RACC to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCRACC; and, (b) CSTC RACC shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.charges.‌

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC AURA pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC AURA elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC AURA to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCAURA; and, (b) CSTC AURA shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCOneStar, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCOneStar. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC OneStar pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC OneStar elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC OneStar to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCOneStar; and, (b) CSTC OneStar shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCVelocity, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCVelocity. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Velocity pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Velocity elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Velocity to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCVelocity; and, (b) CSTC Velocity shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCProspeed, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCProspeed. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Prospeed pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Prospeed elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Prospeed to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCProspeed; and, (b) CSTC Prospeed shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCWinco, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCWinco. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Winco pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Winco elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Winco to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCWinco; and, (b) CSTC Winco shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCPNG, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCPNG. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC PNG pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC PNG elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC PNG to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCPNG; and, (b) CSTC PNG shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCNorcom, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCNorcom. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Norcom pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Norcom elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Norcom to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCNorcom; and, (b) CSTC Norcom shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCNOS, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCNOS. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC NOS pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC NOS elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC NOS to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCNOS; and, (b) CSTC NOS shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCNL, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCNL. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC NL pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC NL elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC NL to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCNL; and, (b) CSTC NL shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCDMJ, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCDMJ. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC DMJ pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC DMJ elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC DMJ to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCDMJ; and, (b) CSTC DMJ shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCATI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCATI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC ATI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC ATI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC ATI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCATI; and, (b) CSTC ATI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCCiera, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCCiera. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Ciera pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Ciera elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Ciera to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCCiera; and, (b) CSTC Ciera shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCPrepaid, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCPrepaid. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Prepaid pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Prepaid elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Prepaid to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCPrepaid; and, (b) CSTC Prepaid shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Without limiting. Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCKDL, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCKDL. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC KDL pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC KDL elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC KDL to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCKDL; and, (b) CSTC KDL shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCFRCI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE UNEs or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCFRCI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC FRCI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC FRCI elects to purchase other services Services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC FRCI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services Services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCFRCI; and, (b) CSTC FRCI shall pay all applicable charges for such servicesServices, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCECI, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCECI. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC ECI‌ pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC ECI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC ECI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCECI; and, (b) CSTC ECI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCAccess Point, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCAccess Point. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC Access Point pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC Access Point elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC Access Point to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCAccess Point; and, (b) CSTC Access Point shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC TNCI pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC TNCI elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC TNCI to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCTNCI; and, (b) CSTC TNCI shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.

Verizon’s rights pursuant to Applicable Law or any other section of this Agreement to terminate its provision of a UNE or a Combination, if Verizon provides a UNE or Combination to CSTCCBB, and the Commission, the FCC, a court or other governmental body of appropriate jurisdiction determines or has determined that Verizon is not required by Applicable Law to provide such UNE or Combination, Verizon may terminate its provision of such UNE or Combination to CSTCCBB. If Verizon terminates its provision of a UNE or a Combination to CSTC CBB pursuant to this Section 1.5 and CSTC CBB elects to purchase other services offered by Verizon in place of such UNE or Combination, then: (a) Verizon shall reasonably cooperate with CSTC CBB to coordinate the termination of such UNE or Combination and the installation of such services to minimize the interruption of service to Customers of CSTCCBB; and, (b) CSTC CBB shall pay all applicable charges for such services, including, but not limited to, all applicable installation charges.
