USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Teachers and other professional staff are prohibited from using their personal cell phone, pagers, and any other electronic devices during student contact time for personal use. All such components shall be turned to silent/vibrate during student contact time. Teachers may use their personal cell phone, pagers, and any other electronic devices before school, lunch time, planning time and after school. Communication equipment may be used during emergency situations.
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. The State shall use its best endeavours to ensure that, within a 100 metre exclusion zone around each of the tolling gantries for the Exhibition Street Extension, the radio frequency power output of any device is limited to 1 Watt RMS within the frequency range of 5.725 GHz and 5.875 GHz.
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. XXXX electronic devices are intended for the primary purpose of carrying out XXXX related business, but may also be used for personal reasons as long as this Policy and the Internet Usage Policy are not violated. In addition, when driving for business purposes employees are required to use “hands free” technology for all phone calls (whether or not the call is related to credit union business). If an employee does not have “hands free” technology with their mobile device, they are not permitted to make or receive phone calls while driving on credit union business. Violators will be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge.
USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES. 1. Students are allowed to bring their own electronic devices for personal use, including cell phones, game systems, etc.. HSDB will not be responsible for damage, theft, or repairs to personal equipment. Students who bring personal cellphones are required to sign the HSDB PERSONAL CELL PHONE AGREEMENT (on next page).

TRAVEL, MEALS AND LODGING - LOT 4 – IMPLEMENTATION ONLY For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be charged that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User. The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement.   • Electronic Disclosures We may deliver amendments to this Agreement and other disclosures to you in an electronic format. Other disclosures may include: • Monthly account statements • Deposit account disclosures • Notices regarding changes in account terms and fees • Privacy notices The equipment necessary for accessing these types of disclosures electronically is described within this Agreement. YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER ONLINE BANKING RELATED DISCLOSURES IN AN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. You may request paper copies of historical statements by contacting us. A fee may apply. You should print or save a copy of all disclosures delivered electronically. Online banking customers may request paper copies of disclosures such as this Online Banking Agreement free of charge.

  • Board Member Use of Electronic Communications For purposes of this section, electronic communications includes, without limitation, electronic mail, electronic chat, instant messaging, texting, and any form of social networking. Electronic communications among a majority or more of a Board-quorum shall not be used for the purpose of discussing District business.
