Common use of Usage Charges Clause in Contracts

Usage Charges. Every call using the Services that originates or terminates in the Public Switched Telephone Network ("PSTN"), including without limitation other VoIP networks, accrues applicable toll charges. Customer will not be charged for monthly usage within the limits of its then current Service Plan. Calls to phone numbers outside the lower 48, United States and Canada will also be charged to the Customer in accordance with the applicable Service rates.
